2025年美國臨床腫瘤學(xué)會（ASCO）年會將于5月30日至6月3日在美國芝加哥McCormick會展中心舉辦。一年一度的ASCO年會匯聚來自全球臨床腫瘤學(xué)的精英，將展示國際最前沿的臨床腫瘤學(xué)研究成果和腫瘤治療技術(shù)。美國中部時間2025年4月24日，ASCO在線公布了入選年會的研究摘要標(biāo)題。華昊中天的核心產(chǎn)品優(yōu)替德隆注射液和優(yōu)替德隆口服膠囊相關(guān)的四項最新臨床研究數(shù)據(jù)將以口頭報告、壁報展示等方式亮相ASCO 2025。
優(yōu)替德隆注射液于2021年3月在中國上市，首個獲批適應(yīng)癥為復(fù)發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移性晚期乳腺癌，成為10年來全球唯一獲批的具有新型分子結(jié)構(gòu)的微管抑制劑類抗腫瘤新藥?；趦?yōu)替德隆具有可穿透血腦屏障、抗癌譜廣、血液學(xué)毒性低、可口服給藥等特性和優(yōu)勢，華昊中天在新適應(yīng)癥拓展、口服劑型臨床開發(fā)等方面在海內(nèi)外深入布局。本次入選的四項研究分別針對優(yōu)替德隆膠囊治療晚期乳腺癌1/2期臨床（中國注冊研究）、優(yōu)替德隆膠囊治療晚期實體瘤1期臨床（美國注冊研究）、優(yōu)替德隆注射液1線治療晚期胃癌和食管癌2期臨床（中國注冊研究），以及優(yōu)替德隆注射液治療乳腺癌腦轉(zhuǎn)移2期臨床（中國研究）。具體信息如下：
